12-12-12

Yesterday was our anniversary.  Yep - on 12 -12-12.  How cool is that?  Too bad it wasn't our 12th anniversary.  Anyways - I married a pretty amazing man.

Just thought I should document it.

I will begin blogging soon.  The primary is in charge of the ward Christmas party.  Tomorrow.
That's about all I've been thinking about and doing - once this party is over, our family will be able to start thinking about Christmas and working on all of those projects on the "To Do" list.

In the meantime, today, I'll be making these:
Yep - that's my proto-type.  Totally adorable candy cane themed centerpieces with flowers in them - with candy scattered all around.  They'll be placed on a snowflake (made by one of the primary children), on top of a red square of paper, on top of the white table cloth.  Yes - it is a candy cane decorative theme.

We spent this morning hanging white lights across the church gym.  Zigging across - with coffee filter snow flakes attached, then zagging back again.  Phew.  Melinda, Gail, and Kyle saved us - it would have never gotten done without them.  But it does look pretty dang cool!
Thank goodness for eyebolts (already there) and zip ties.  :)
